Q: Do you have insurance that will protect my home?

A: Yes! Rock solid carries insurance that will protect your home on any size remodel project and a builders risk policy for all new construction homes. [Back to top]

Q: Will you be performing the work yourself?

A: Rock solid has employees for general labor duties, however a licensed plumber, a licensed electrician and a licensed hvac technician will be used on all projects. [Back to top]

Q: How much do we have to pay you up front?

A: We generally ask for a small percentage once materials are ordered or delivered to job. We will never ask for a bigger percentage of cost than percentage of work done. It is highly recommended that you don’t pay any contractor more than the work they have completed. [Back to top]

Q: Your ads say kitchen & bath remodeling but will you do other areas of the house?

A: Yes, we welcome any and all projects. We have done complete home renovations, additions, new homes, outdoor living areas, kitchens, bathrooms to something as simple as replacing your floors. [Back to top]

Q: How long have you been in business?

Q: How will the dust and dirt be handled while renodel is taking place?

A: We take all the precautionary measures to contain as much dirt and dust possible during the process and we will also have a cleaning crew to come in when the job is finished and not only clean the remodeled area but also any rooms nearby and in most cases the entire house. [Back to top]

Q: What do we need to do before we start?

A: After contract is signed we will begin making selections, granite style & color, appliances, paint colors, flooring selections, plumbing and electrical fixtures etc. Once all selections are made we will be ready to begin the construction process.
